At this time, due to insufficient oil supply, the surface of each friction pair is insufficiently supplied with oil, resulting in abnormal wear or burns. For this reason, before the start of the diesel generator and during the operation of the diesel engine, ensure that the engine oil is sufficient to prevent the failure of the cylinder pulling and the tile burning due to lack of oil.

Improper operation. 2 Emergency shutdown with load or immediate shutdown after the load is suddenly removed. The diesel generator's cooling water circulation will stop after the engine is turned off. The heat dissipation capacity will decrease sharply. Overheating, cracks, or excessive expansion of the piston stuck in the cylinder liner. On the other hand, if the diesel generator is not cooled down without idling when it is stopped, it will cause insufficient oil on the friction surface. When the diesel engine is restarted, it will intensify wear due to poor lubrication. Therefore, the diesel engine should start warming up after idling, and the standby oil temperature reaches above 40 ° C (when used in winter, wait for the cooling water to reach 60 ° C) and then run under load; the machine should start at a low gear and start at each step. After driving for a mileage in one gear, the vehicle can switch to normal driving only after the oil temperature is normal and the fuel supply is sufficient.

Incorrect operation. If the diesel engine blasts the throttle after a cold start, the speed of the diesel generator will increase sharply, which will cause some friction surfaces on the engine to wear out severely due to dry friction. In addition, the piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft receive a large change in the receiving force when the throttle is bombed, causing severe impacts and easy damage to the parts.

Incorrect operation 5 Running a diesel generator with insufficient cooling water or insufficient cooling water and high oil temperature will reduce the cooling effect of the diesel generator. The diesel engine will overheat because it cannot get effective cooling. The temperature of the cooling water and oil will be too high. High, can also cause diesel engines to overheat. At this time, the diesel generator cylinder head, cylinder liner, piston assembly and valve are mainly subject to heavy heating loads, and their mechanical properties such as strength and toughness decrease sharply, which increases the deformation of the parts, reduces the gap between the parts, and accelerates the wear of the parts. , In severe cases, cracks and jammed parts will also occur. Overheating the diesel generator will also worsen the combustion process of the diesel engine, causing the injector to malfunction, poor atomization, and increased carbon deposits.
