1. The starting battery of the unit is faulty.
The battery is left unmaintained for a long time, and the electrolyte cannot be replenished in time after the moisture of the electrolyte evaporates. There is no start-up battery charger. After the battery is naturally discharged for a long time, the battery power is reduced. However, due to the negligent failure to perform the switching operation, the battery capacity cannot meet the requirements. To solve this problem, in addition to configuring a high-quality charger, necessary inspection and maintenance are necessary.
2. Water enters the diesel engine
Due to the condensation of water vapor in the air due to temperature changes, water droplets are attached to the inner wall of the fuel tank and flow into the diesel fuel, causing the diesel water content to exceed the standard. 3. Retention period of engine oil (two years)
The engine oil is mechanically lubricated, and the engine oil also has a certain retention period. If it is stored for a long time, the physical and chemical properties of the engine oil will change, resulting in deterioration of the lubrication condition of the unit during operation and easy to cause damage to the unit parts, so the lubricant must be replaced regularly.

The filter plays a role in filtering diesel, oil or water to prevent impurities from entering the body, and oil pollution and impurities in diesel are unavoidable. The pumps, water tanks and water pipelines have not been cleaned for a long time, which makes the water circulation poor, the cooling effect is reduced, whether the water pipe joints are good, whether there are leaks in the water tanks and water channels, etc. If the cooling system is faulty, the consequences are as follows: First, cooling If the effect is not good, the water temperature in the unit will be too high and the machine will be shut down.
